My passion is helping individuals navigate their identity, sexual health, LGBTQIA+, desire differences, mood disorders, individual trauma, and financial trauma. My approach is grounded in a feminist framework that centers the lived experiences of each individual, particularly as they relate to gender, societal influence, and power dynamics.

I believe in honoring the unique social and cultural contexts that shape each individual, and aim to collaborate with each person to deconstruct narratives and challenge negative internalized beliefs. My goal is to help others identify their own unique path toward empowerment and healing through interventions and goals that prioritize autonomy, voice, and agency.

I am currently working towards my Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Aquinas College, where I also obtained my undergraduate degree in sociology.
