Audrey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her Bachelor degree in social work from Hope College and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University of Chicago. She also is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. She has wide-ranging experience working with a range of ages regarding crisis intervention, trauma, depression, anxiety and adjustment related issues. Audrey worked with at-risk youth at an outdoor behavioral therapy program in rural North Carolina, and a residential mental health setting with adolescents. She also has extensive experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, adjustment to illness and acute medical illness in a hospital setting. She has a special interest in working with individuals and couples regarding sexual health and has completed hundreds of hours of specialized training for sexual health. She believes sexual health is an important piece of every person’s story and their general wellness. Audrey works with individuals and couples who may be dealing with sexual dysfunctions such as: low libido, dyspareunia (pain during sex), difference in desire, issues surrounding sexual & gender orientation, perinatal & postnatal (postpartum) disorders and issues regarding how sexuality & faith collide.

Audrey believes a major key to success is an empowering therapeutic relationship. She provides a safe space where clients can feel brave on their paths toward healing and fulfillment.
